No. Streaming is how you earn the guaranteed hourly, but it's optional. If you don't want to go live, we still run your page end to end (traffic, chat, pricing, content and privacy) on one written split, whether you're brand new or already earning. You can add streaming later if you change your mind.

Hourly pay plus full-service management is available to creators based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Full-service management (without the hourly) is also available to creators based in most of the EU, Ukraine, Argentina and Chile. If you're based somewhere else, we unfortunately can't take you on right now.

No. Some partners come to us mid-career wanting to scale; others haven't posted anything yet. What matters more than a following is consistency and a willingness to work a plan. If you're starting from zero, we build the whole foundation with you.

Onboarding usually begins within a week of signing, and profiles can be live shortly after. Real momentum builds over the first few months as traffic, pricing, and content settle into a rhythm — early revenue is normal, but the compounding comes later.

For paywall work: a phone that shoots clean video and somewhere private to shoot. For live streaming: a decent camera, stable upload speed, and a room you control. Nothing expensive up front — we'll tell you honestly if a specific upgrade is actually worth it.

Not necessarily. Plenty of creators earn well faceless, and we'll build the brand around whatever line you draw. What we won't do is pressure you past it — your boundaries are set at onboarding and they hold. The one exception is the guaranteed hourly: it's for on-camera streaming, so your face is part of that offer.

A transparent revenue share, agreed before you start. We only earn when you earn, which keeps our incentives pointed the same direction as yours. There are no setup fees, no monthly retainers, and nothing deducted that wasn't in writing first.

Streamers earn a guaranteed hourly rate on top of their revenue split — starting at $50 USD/hour and scaling to $500 USD/hour as performance grows. That's paid in addition to the split, not instead of it, so your floor doesn't depend on a slow night.

It depends on your starting point, niche, and how consistently you show up — anyone quoting you a guaranteed figure is selling something. We set concrete benchmarks during onboarding and report against them in your stats portal, so you can see whether the plan is working.

No. Your split is the whole arrangement. Chat team coverage, strategy, traffic work, and management are all included — we don't bill separately for the things that are supposed to grow your account.

Platforms pay out on their own schedules, and your split is reconciled transparently against those payouts. Exact timing and method are confirmed in writing before you start, so there are no surprises in your first month.

No lock-in. You can leave whenever you want. We'd rather keep partners because the results are worth staying for than because an exit clause makes leaving painful.

Discretion is built into everything we do. We set up alias identities, keep your legal name off public-facing material, and follow strict data-handling practice internally. Most of our creators keep this entirely separate from their personal lives, and that's the default we design for.

We configure geo-blocking so your content isn't served in the areas you name — your town, your workplace, wherever you need walled off. No system is absolute, and we'll be straight with you about that, but the practical risk drops sharply.
