The rules that apply when you use this website or apply to work with Voxy MGMT.
Plain English first: this site is for adults only. Applying doesn't create a contract — that comes later, in a separate written agreement you'd sign. You own your content and your accounts. You can walk away at any time.
These terms govern your use of the Voxy MGMT website and your submission of an application through it. By browsing this site or sending an application, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Where you go on to work with us, a separate written management agreement will govern that relationship. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the management agreement wins.
This site and our services are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By using this site or applying, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Before any working relationship begins, we verify age and identity using government-issued photo identification. We do not work with anyone who cannot or will not complete this verification, and we do not make exceptions. Submitting false information about your age or identity ends any prospective relationship immediately.
You must also be legally permitted to perform this work where you live. Adult content laws vary by country and region, and it's your responsibility to know your local position.
Submitting an application does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, or oblige either of us to anything. We review every application and aim to reply within 24 hours, but we may decline any application without giving a reason.
Please give accurate information. We make decisions based on what you tell us, and material inaccuracies may lead us to decline or to end a relationship later.
Your application receives a reference number. Quote it in any follow-up so we can find you quickly.
If we work together, Voxy MGMT acts as your management and marketing partner. Depending on what we agree, that may cover talent management, audience growth, paywall account management, chat and sales support, content strategy, and back-office operations.
You remain an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we recommend professional advice on your position. We are not your accountant, lawyer, or tax adviser, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
We do not guarantee earnings. Any figures, ranges, or examples anywhere on this site are illustrative. Results depend heavily on your niche, consistency, effort, and factors neither of us controls, including platform policy changes.
You own your content. You retain all rights to material you create. You grant us a limited licence to use, publish, edit, repost, and promote that content solely to run and grow your accounts under our agreement. That licence ends when our relationship ends.
You own your accounts. Profiles, subscriber lists, and audiences remain yours. We manage them for you. If you leave, they go with you, along with access credentials and the systems built around them.
You confirm that content you provide is your own, features only consenting adults aged 18 or over, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Your stated boundaries are binding on us. We will not ask you to produce content outside them, and you are never obliged to agree to a request you're uncomfortable with.
Our fee is a revenue share agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no setup fees, monthly retainers, or hidden deductions.
Where streamers are entitled to an hourly rate, the terms, rate, and qualifying conditions are set out in the management agreement. Rates advertised on this site are indicative ranges, not offers.
Platforms pay out on their own schedules, which we don't control. Your share is reconciled against actual platform payouts, and you can request a breakdown at any time.
There are no lock-in contracts. Either party may end the relationship by written notice, with the notice period stated in your management agreement.
On termination: account access reverts fully to you, our licence to use your content ends, we stop new promotional activity, and outstanding amounts are settled in the normal cycle. Live campaigns already in flight may take a short time to wind down.
We treat your identity, earnings, boundaries, and personal circumstances as confidential, and we don't disclose them without your consent except where the law requires it.
We ask the same of you regarding our methods, systems, pricing, and internal processes.
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to our portal, submit false or fraudulent applications, scrape or copy it for a competing service, or upload anything malicious.
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Voxy MGMT and may not be reproduced without permission.
This site is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate but don't warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost earnings, arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We are not responsible for the acts of third-party platforms, including account suspensions, policy changes, or payout delays.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the last revision. Material changes affecting an active management relationship will be communicated directly. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes fall to the courts of Ontario, unless your management agreement provides otherwise.
