OnlyFans fee calculator

How it works: creator earnings = what fans pay × 0.80 on OnlyFans and Fansly. If you work with an agency, its share comes out of that 80%. Tax set-aside is a percentage of what's left. Switch to 'target take-home' to work backwards from the amount you want to keep.

Optional deductions

Agencies take their share from your earnings after the platform fee, not from the gross. Tax rates vary by country and income; 25–35% is a common set-aside.

Where the money goes

Platform fee−$1,000
Your earnings$4,000

You keep 60% of every dollar fans spend. Estimate only; not tax advice.

How the OnlyFans fee works

OnlyFans keeps a flat 20% of everything fans pay (subscriptions, tips, PPV and streams) and pays you 80%. There's no other platform fee. Fansly uses the same 80/20 split, and Fanvue's standard rate is also 20%. What you actually keep then depends on two things this calculator lets you add: an agency's share, if you use one, and the tax you set aside.

Is an agency's share worth it?

Only if it grows the top line by more than it costs. A 30% share of $8,000 leaves you $5,600; that's only a good deal if you couldn't have made more than $5,600 on your own. Use target mode to see how much fans would need to spend for you to come out ahead, and compare that with what you earn today. More in is an OnlyFans agency worth it.

Frequently asked questions

How do you calculate OnlyFans fees?

Multiply what fans paid by 0.20 to get OnlyFans' fee, and by 0.80 to get your earnings. For example, $1,000 in fan spending is a $200 fee and $800 for you.

How do I work out what fans need to spend for me to earn a set amount?

Divide your target by 0.80. To earn $4,000 from OnlyFans, fans need to spend $5,000. If an agency takes a share and you set aside tax, divide by each remaining percentage in turn, or use the target mode in this calculator.

Does OnlyFans take 20% of tips and PPV?

Yes. The 20% applies to subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view messages and posts, and live streams alike.

Is the Fansly fee the same as OnlyFans?

Yes, Fansly's standard fee is also 20%. Fanvue's standard rate is generally 20% too, though it has run lower-fee promotions; check your dashboard for the rate that applies to you.
